Heidi Cheyne’s mood board reflects the journey the project took. An ending point that took a really colourful and 1960’s vibe to her work. “I often work with bold colours in my textile projects and I am happy his has shone through.”
Her final collection consists of a line up of 6 looks all with a reoccurring theme of her final print, using it in different scales. Her collection is aimed at the young female market. “it is a summer collection for young girls, perfect for summers day with the bright colour palette.”
Chosen from her final collection, Cheyne made a garment with a fabric digitally printed with her pattern. “Sewing is one of my favourite parts of my course and I wanted to make sure I had at least one garment I could submit and have in my portfolio.”
